Haha, RS was awesome today. Was really retarded actually, refer to below xD its sung to the tune of 'If You're Happy and You Know it, Clap Your Hands!' if you didn't realize heh. But its so catchy hahaha. Anyway, our presentation was quite okay, no major screwups so thats good (Y)

After that stayed back in school with Alagu to study chem ): stresssedddd ah. Then I decided to go with her to CCK, no idea why actually. Anyway, what that meant was that I had to get down at this bustop where got no shelter to my house (did that sentence actually make sense O.o)

EVERYTHING OF MINE WAS SOAKED. Luckily Jamie had double protection, so he was unharmed yay (: but yeah, everythingggg else. Then when I came home, I went into some sort of crazy washing frenzy. I washed my bag, my shoes, my wallet, everything. Like hardcore. The washroom was like overflowing with bubbles and foam and stuff. And now most of my belongings are in a unsteady pile in my room, dunno what I'm gonna do with it. My dad's gonna kill me damn.

Anyway, I'm damn dirty and gross now, need to go take a longgggggg shower. 

I have nothing interesting or amusing to say today, sorry >< but yeah, heard some pretty funny things, not gonna fall for it (: am smarter than that yay (: and hm. What else ah. Really nothing eh. Why am I even posting. Uhh. Well, this week sucks, big time. Got tons of important stuff on ): RS presentation tomorrow, Math GA tomorrow, History and Chem PPA on Thursday )': and need to chiong RS report for next week. RS is such a waste of my time I swear erghhh -.-

Okay, I'm really lazy right now, so I'll just copy past the FB note that I posted for INO SYF BATCH '11 okay? :D

Seriously, I love you all to bits. I meant every word I said yesterday, I'm proud of every single one of you. We rocked the stage (Sorry couldn't resist the Super Singer moment there heh) But yeah, we were perfect! Completely on beat, we were all so hyped and enthu. We turned perfectly, we bounced, we swayed and we all smiled like complete retards.

I know we've had tons of tough practices as a CCA, we've cried, we've groaned, we've whined, but in the end, we have prevailed as an AMAZING SYF BATCH'11.

I can easily say that yesterday was one of the most emotional days of my life, and I know the same goes for many of my batchmates. I kept crying, then laughing, then crying again, it was crazy. But yeah, what is most prominent in my mind right now when I think of SYF is the smiles on our faces during the 10 mins, our crazy screaming right after the performance, and the look on Mr Mani's face when we exited the stage. He was so proud of us, and you could really see it on his face.

I know many of us, especially Batch'11, were disappointed when we got Gold and not the GWH that we expected, but it doesn't matter. The judges were obviously insane. We shouldn't be upset because of their stomach burnings (:

So yes, celebrate this incredibly high moment for INO okay? Don't care about Vithi or Akka (If you don't know who these people are, feel free to ask me, I'd be happy to explain!)

We've come incredibly far as an INO Batch, and like Mr Mani said, we're a very junior batch. Even putting aside all the difficulties that we've faced, we've still managed to get a GOLD and its a REALLY big thing.

I'M SO PROUD OF ALL OF YOU AND I'M TEARING AGAIN AH ):

Anyway, I just wanted to say that I love Batch'11 to bits and pieces and heaps and loads and bound and leaps. We are such an amazing bunch of people, and this wouldn't have been possible without the support and passion from every single one of us.

Guys, this Gold is made up of every single practice that we attended, every single 190 that we had to wait for, every single time we had to replay Hamsanandhi, every single time we got shouted at by Mr Mani, every single extended break, every single moment of the last 6 months, so don't you dare regret any of it. SYF will one of your best moments in RGS, so treasure it okay?

Sec 2s and 1s, we, as a batch, are leaving you a huge responsibility, to carry on the INO legacy. We've done the best we could as a batch, and its up to you to do it again for SYF'13. It doesn't matter what award you get, it only matters how much dedication and passion you show in that 10 mins.

Sec 3s, you'll be taking over the CCA really soon, and the onus is on you to bring INO to greater heights, and to make sure every single INO member is wholly part of this amazingamazing family that is INO.

There will only be one SYF'11 and there will only be one INO BATCH '11, so keep the moments close to your heart and never let them go okay?

Hm, I was thinking about it, and it hit me, just how much this blog means to me. I've had this blog since 2006, since I was 11. Yeah sure, its been on and off, I may not have updated as much as I'd have liked, but it has still stuck through with me during a lot of my worst moments.

I love how this blog has become a mini catalogue of my life, like it or not, a big part of me has been tucked away into this blog. This is where I come to rant, to fangirl, to cry, to laugh, to talk about the frightening prospects about the future. Where I openly talk about the mistakes I've made, the friends I've lost, the friends I've kept. Matters of the heart, matters of the mind, its all here. This is the platform on which I openly express myself through writing.

Yeah I know, it may not always be very literate or intelligent, or even mature, but its imperfect. Like me I guess. And thats why I love it so much. I never delete posts, because I like to look back at all my retarded moments and reminisce. I also like to look back at all the moments I have sat down and cried my heart out, just so I can realize how much I've grown as a person.

Because basically, you can see how much I've grown, through the progression of this blog. Through interests, styles of typing, friends, reactions, music, books. Everything that has been important to me is right here.

I know that if I ever lose this blog, I would be heartbroken. I am forever glad that I never deleted this blog, or moved anywhere else. I know livejournal and wordpress might be more glamourous, but I just can't leave this blog, it means too much to me.

So yeah, basically this post is just for me to thank my blog for always being here for me, when everyone else wasn't. And the most ironic part is that since my blog is a reflection of myself, basically I'm the only one who sticks around for me.

Well, had ICS Show Perf Comm meeting today, was damn epic. Because we were just recounting our cuckoo family stories heh, damn funny (: we are such an awesome bunch of people yay (:

Oh, and on a more serious note, if I hurt anyone during the last assembly block, I'm really sorry, I never meant to. It totally wasn't a personal attack, and I felt bitchy when I found out that people were actually upset. I'm so sorry honestly ):

Sigh, I need to think more before I act. Why am I so.. Sigh.

Hm, so I'm mugging in the library now, Bio omg :O but I found out that when you're actually mugging Bio while actually knowing whats going on, its not that bad (: but I guess all subjects are like that? ohwell. Still don't know whether I should take Bio in JC or not. Howww D:

Hotel California playing on my iTunes now, so niceeee ah <3 the acoustic version is beautiful. The guitar solo is simply.. Stunning. I swear. If I could only listen to one song for the rest of my life, it would be this (: So much meaning and interpretations, all packed into one gorgeous song ahhh <3 okay, fangirling bout the Eagles whats wrong with me omg. Favourite band is The Beatles, and one of my favourite songs is Hotel California, haha I'm such an odd kid :D

But yeah, honestly. I know I've said otherwise before, but if a guy sings a Beatles song to me, I would DIE. Seriously. All this Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift is just meh. So guys, if you're gonna serenade a girl, esp one like me, choose a Beatles song. Best option (: They are so sweet, yet hyper at the same time!

Anyway, Sunday was an interesting day for me. Cause my house is currently being repainted, my room is Soft Orchid btw heh, so me and my bro were kicked out of the house. But we weren't in the mood to go out, so we went to the carpark and slacked in our car HAHA. Was so fun, cause we brought our laptops, and we watched HIMYM episodes, and slept and gossiped. Oh, and my parents brought our lunch there also. SO FUN HAHA. We felt like the white trash people who live in their cars and trailers and stuff (Y) but yeah, basically I wasted the whole day xD

Oh yes, I need to rant. I think teachers need to be more accepting and understanding. As in, I guess most teachers are, but there are some teachers who just evoke the wrong kind of mood in class. The classroom is supposed to be a safe environment where kids aren't afraid of being put down or being thought stupid. I mean seriously. Teachers who intimidate their students with their intelligence DELIBERATELY are so -.- as in, can you be more.. Idk. Ergh, annoying.

Anyway, I'm still happy now, because pretty guitar solos make me happy (:

School was normal la I guess, nothing interesting happened. After I came home, I watched Eclipse! For the first time, yes I know I'm very lag. Hm. The acting really pissed me off at times, they're so wooden and annoying. And Robert is so pretentious. ERGH. But other than that it was okayy la, not too bad. It was just so longgggg though. And it really can't pull off long like Harry Potter :D :D but yeah.

Ergh. Cannot stand her. Like seriously, just choose okay! You can't keep playing with people's feelings bitch! Annoyinggg.

Anyway, new goal? IMMA WATCH LORD OF THE RINGS. I'm damn loser, haven't watched any at all. And all the LOTR fans seem so cool and intellectual so gonna go watch hehhhh (: I'm so shameless xD Will plough through the books someday. After As or something!

Hm, really wasn't looking forward to doing this, but now that I've started, I think its quite fun to adopt the persona of a disillusioned Red Guard looking back on his foolish ways. Its quite amusing how they literally worshipped Mao. Amusing, yet frightening and disturbing at the same time.

But you know what is really disturbing? Mao swimming in the Yangzhi river. Shudder.

You know, I used to feel bad whenever people I know talk about boy best friends and all, cause I really wanted one. But then, I realized something.

Okay, I just feel like talking about my favourite Disney movies, because Disney is awesome (:

1. Lion King
2. Finding Nemo
3. Toy Story 3

These 3 are really pretty close. I have Finding Nemo practically memorized, I have this sentimental attachment to Lion King, always have always will (: And as for Toy Story 3.. Well, it was just so darn sweeeeeeet. I DIED in the end. Seriously. Andy was SO cute and nice and awesome, and it was all so sad. And.. AHH

Other than these, well I love almost all Disney movies (: The other Toy Stories, Mulan, Monsters Inc,  Cars, Kung Fu Panda, Despicable Me, UP! And everything else la :D

I like some Dreamworks ones also la. I really like How To Train A Dragon, cause I think the main character is awesome (: He is what I imagine Remus Lupin to be like when he was younger (:

I love the warm, fuzzy feeling that you get when you finish watching a Disney movie. Seriously. You just feel so optimistic, and you fall in love with the characters, and they become family. Family that you can visit in your times of need. I know that whenever I'm down, whenever I think I'm alone, Woody will always be telling me to go on, Rafiki will be telling me to look into the horizon, Dory will be telling me to just keep swimming, Mr Robinson will be telling me to keep moving forward..

I just have so many great memories with these guys, Disney has provided me with my lifelong friends and family <3

Well, yesterday was FUN (: Some of my Indian makkalz and I went for this stand up comedy show, by an Indian troupe. Was HILARIOUS. Highly inappropriate at times, but what do you expect from an Indian comedy show right! I swear, two track mind la all of them, drinking and girls -.- cannot take it. But the show in itself was epic (:

And oh, today, went over to Sumitra's house to do up a card and video for Yvonne. HAPPY BIRTHDAY YVONNE I LOVE YOU (: anyway yeah, got yelled at when I was there by my mother -.-

Because when she asked me who was there and I told her, she objected to me being there with guys and stuff, and scolded me. I was like whutttt -.- as in, I get it if its some random guys, obviously I also won't go out, but then these are my PRIMARY SCHOOL FRIENDS. I have known them for like 8 years- HALF my life. Seriously. I know I can trust them la walou. What are they going to do to me seriously -.- so annoying. And can you have a little faith in me!? I have morals too you know. HMPH.

Spoil my mood only you know. Annoying.

Anyway, got tons of work to do. My History PT and Math PT are both very.. D:
